Proud Like a Mountain rings to the rafters at Earth Day Festival in Hillview Community of Edmonton!
Peter was a surprize musical guest in this wonderful and environmentally active community, where he had inspired kids with a recent concert.
You could hear the gasps as kids recognized Juno Award winner Peter Lenton (aka Peter Puffin's Whale Tales)! The youngsters rushed the stage, and started singing along immediately!
Peter was heard saying: "So gratifying to hear everyone remembering all the words and singing out so enthusiastically... and then have all the parents coming up to say thanks for inspiring their kids with songs that they learn so readily... that also help them learn about environmental stewardship, science and global citizenship!"

Peter performs at his own Elementary school in Ottawa, ON
Back in town for the 2012 JUNO Awards, Peter was honored to be able to return to his own elementary, Severn Avenue Public School in Ottawa, ON.
