Peter's artist-in-residencies are already in demand! In the first year, our available bookings were 100% sold-out, and all Alberta schools received grants to help with 50 - 75% of costs. Students have the opportunity to meet Peter face to face and become engaged in a variety of curriculum-tied activities. Peter brings ten years of experience delivering award winning PD workshops and tailor-made assembly concerts to create Artist Residencies for 1-30 days (one week is most common) in Alberta Schools. 50% of artist fee (cities) and 75% (rural) subsidies are available. Though students spend most of a school residency involved in cooperative activities and artistic expression...some paper and pencil activities reinforce the curriculum-tied concepts being introduced in the songs, theatre and storytelling sessions.
