This leisurely, though active, workshop will offer multi-media activities and resource ideas for teaching science via the arts of music, drawing, writing, etc.

Rather than listening to a lecture, we will actually do these easy-to-use activities so that you can implement them the next time you are in the classroom! A handout will summarize these lesson ideas so you won't need to do much writing either! Now that's what convention sessions should be like, right?

So come for the guitar music, see the giant whalebone and experience the infamous storytelling satchel of fantastic objects that spawn all kinds of activities.

Learn games for keeping kids educationally busy between lessons and the student pleasing Dragonfly Rap that actually disguises a fascinating science lesson.

Come have a few laughs, pick up a pile of activities and experience the Art in Science.
