Grizzly Bears and Bull Trout Spotted at Peter Lenton's FIVE workshops at CATCA Teacher's Convention in Red Deer!

Fantastic Audiences Raise the Rafters singing at the gorgeous Scott Block Theatre (Red Deer, Feb.2) at two Peter Puffin's Whale Tales shows!

As usual, the wonderful families of Red Deer offered a BIG warm welcome for Peter's latest concerts in Red Deer!  Everyone clapped and sang along... and helped write some new songs.  Audience volunteers lead songs from the stage, and loved dressing up as animals and trees, and then swept out into the audience to shake hands!

Puffin Concert Celebrates Stories Through Song!

A capacity crowd sang and danced for Family Literacy Day at Beaumont Library Jan.26, 2012!

Thanks to the stellar staff... and to all the smiling families who came out!  Everyone proved that libraries are a cool place to raise the roof, singing some JUNO winning songs and meeting your neighbours over discovering some great books.  

Suggestions to celebrate Family Literacy Day:

  • Hide a cool book under someone's pillow.
  • Each of us has our own stories, so ask a friend to share one.
  • Write down a tale from your past and send it to someone who was there!
  • Type a story where you are the hero!
  • Be PROUD to read out loud!
